Accounting & Bookkeeping Service

Small companies, including home based firms, are often minimally staffed and as such have an ongoing problem with various clerical efforts. Bookkeeping is seldom at the top of the list of preferred daily activities for a small business where the emphasis must be to sell and complete the jobs and duties required by the prime business focus.

EXECUCORPS has for several years performed basic bookkeeping services for in-house Executive Suite tenants as well as companies whose offices are not at this location. These companies are thus able to concentrate on those activities for which they are most qualified and need their attention. The result is a timely and accurate control of financial transactions and records at less cost and aggravation.

Specifically

1. A confidential agreement requires Execucorps staff to maintain all records securely in locked files and to not divulge an  information without the client's authorization.

2. Unless otherwise directed, all data is compiled on QuickBooks software.

3. Clients can choose some or all of typical company bookkeeping functions to be performed at Execucorps, including but not limited to AP, AR, GL, Banking (including deposits, daily cash status, collections, etc.), Cash Flow Projections, Payroll, Monthly and Quarterly Tax Reporting, etc. The level of service provided thus determines the client cost.

4. Year-end information for client's CPA firm is simplified due to the generally accepted QuickBooks formats. This usually results in lower charges from the CPA firm.

5. Reports are provided on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and/or yearly basis.
